Contributions: All political contributions to Westby for Congress are final and non‑refundable, except in our sole discretion in cases of clear error, duplicate charges, or unauthorized use, and only to the extent permitted by law.

Merchandise: We generally accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. You must return the item to us in accordance with our instructions. We cannot refund merchandise that has been shipped but not returned, and shipping charges are normally non‑refundable.
